DELIVERY POLICY
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?
Orders will be shipped out within 48hours after being received. As soon as your order is dispatched from our storage facility, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
From there it should be delivered within the stated timescale. If your order is track-able we will send you a tracking number together with the confirmation email so that you can check its progress.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know within 48hours of receipt by contacting us, otherwise we will not be able to accept your request.
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know within 48hours of receipt by contacting us and we will try and sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If your order has been sent separately then the delivery note will only state which items should be in that part of your order.
Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.
If something is missing then please get in touch with us.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please note that except for faulty items as stated above, all goods sold are strictly non-return and non-refundable.
SINGAPORE STANDARD DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends and Public Holidays] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday.
The cost of Standard Delivery is a flat rate of SGD5 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Free Standard Delivery for purchases above SGD100.
Order tracking is not available for this standard delivery option, so please wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Your order can be delivered anytime between 10am and 10pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
If you are not available to receive the goods on the intended date of delivery, and fail to inform us to change / amend the delivery date before the goods are sent out, the original delivery attempt will be considered valid and we will bill you for the second as well as any subsequent attempts at delivery.
An additional SGD12 surcharge is applicable for delivery to Sentosa island, military camps, protected areas and locations as gazette by Singapore Government as well as the following areas: Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Island, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Mindef COMCEN.
Delivery is not available to the following: Offshore Islands, Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre.
SINGAPORE NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For Singapore Next Day Delivery service, if you place your order by 6pm Singapore Time, Monday to Sunday, you will receive your goods by the next calendar day.
Please note we do not deliver on Public Holidays and your order will be delivered the first calendar day after the Public Holiday ends.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is a flat rate of SGD15.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 10am and 6pm. A signature may be required on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. For Standard International Delivery, shipping may take 7-14 working days. For Express International Delivery, shipping may take 3-5 working days.
Please note that we do not do international delivery for furniture or large items. Please see the individual item description for further information.
Both Standard and Express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress.
Shipping is chargeable according to weight of the purchase which will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected. INSURANCE IS INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from Precip.com.sg to all over the world. As such, our order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Please note that delivery times above are only estimates and may / may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
Any delay arising due to conditions at the destination countries is beyond the control of our carrier.
The furnished estimated delivery time applies only delivery to the major cities / office of mail exchange at the destination country. Please allow more time for arrival at your final destination.
For postings to the above major cities during festive periods, it is advisable to add another 10 working days to the above estimated delivery time.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person. Is your place of employment at a PO Box address? Do you ship to PO Box Addresses? Unfortunately, as there is no one to take receipt of the goods at the PO box addresses, we do not ship to PO box addresses. This applies to both Singapore and International Delivery.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, you are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order you can contact us within 12 hours after your purchase.
